3 Arab-Israelis Charged for Concealing Gaza Residents Who Entered on Oct. 7

The State Attorney’s Office on Monday filed an indictment against three Arab-Israelis for harboring four Gaza residents who entered Israel when the borders were breached during Hamas’s attack on Israel, on Oct. 7.
The accused, Mohammad Tarabin, Suleiman Abu Amaish, and Saber Sheikh al-Id, are alleged to have sheltered the infiltrators, knowing they entered during a security breach.
The prosecution has requested their arrest until the end of the proceedings, citing endangerment of public security and burdening security forces with efforts to apprehend the infiltrators.
