Police Raid Yerushalayim Terrorists’ Homes, Detain Family for Questioning

After the terror shooting at the entrance to Yerushalayim on Thursday morning, law enforcement officials conducted raids on the residences of family members linked to the two Hamas terrorists who shot the three Jews killed in the attack, Hy”d. The police, in collaboration with the Shin Bet, apprehended six individuals, including the parents of brothers Murad Nemer, 38, and Ibrahim Nemer, 30, from Sur Baher, an East Yerushalayim neighborhood.

“These family members have been brought in for intensive interrogation, probing their potential complicity or knowledge of the tragic event that claimed the lives of three innocent individuals. Authorities are meticulously examining their suspected roles in connection to the assault, aiming to extract crucial details regarding the planning, execution, and any possible collaboration leading up to this appalling act of violence.

“As the investigation unfolds, law enforcement agencies remain focused on unraveling any substantial links or information that could shed light on the motives behind this heinous attack. The detained individuals are undergoing thorough questioning to ascertain the full extent of their involvement or awareness regarding the incident, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the circumstances surrounding this devastating act,” the police said.
