IDF Escalates Operations, Strikes Hamas in Northern Gaza Strip

The IDF continued to intensify their offensive against Hamas in the northern Gaza Strip, deepening their gains as reported by IDF Spokesman Rear Adm. Daniel Hagari. In the latest developments, the 933rd Nahal Infantry Brigade engaged and eliminated a terror cell preparing to attack troops near Jabaliya.

An air strike targeted a Hamas terror cell positioned on a residential building, preventing an imminent threat to IDF forces. Significant caches of weapons and military equipment were discovered within residential areas, highlighting Hamas’ use of civilian spaces for military purposes.

The Israeli Navy commandos joined ground forces, launching attacks from the sea using a multitude of munitions. They provided vital support to ground operations, ensuring protection, thwarting land threats, and enabling missions with strategic cover from the coastline.
