Woman at NY FBI Headquarters Claims to Have Bomb, No Explosives Found

Police arrested a woman Tuesday morning outside the FBI headquarters in New York City who claimed to have a bomb, but no explosives were found upon investigation.
The woman told people outside the headquarters, located at Federal Plaza in Manhattan, that she had a bomb in her bag. She is currently in police custody and the incident is being investigated.
