Kosel Ceremony to Commemorate Shloshim of Oct. 7 Tragedy With 1,400 Yahrtzeit Candles

A special commemorative ceremony is scheduled for Monday evening at the Kosel Plaza to mark the shloshim since the tragic events of Oct. 7. During this ceremony, 1,400 memorial candles will be lit in honor of the victims.
The ceremony is set to take place at 6:00 p.m., the night of 22 Cheshvan – 30 days since the Simchas Torah attack. It will be conducted in the presence of the grieving families.
Following the ceremony, attendees will have the opportunity to recite Tehillim in memory of the victims, Hy”d.
For those unable to attend in person, the event will also be live streamed on the Western Wall’s website.
