BD’E: Harav Mordechai Zelig Schechter, Zt”l, Mashgiach, Yeshiva Rabbeinu Chaim Berlin
BROOKLYN — The Torah world mourns the petirah of Hagaon Harav Mordechai Zelig Schechter, zt”l, mashgiach of Yeshiva Rabbeinu Chaim Berlin, who was niftar early Tuesday.
He was the son of the legendary rosh yeshivah Harav Aharon Schechter, zt”l, who was niftar less than a month ago.
The levaya will be held at 11:30 a.m. until 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Yeshiva Chaim Berlin, on Coney Island Avenue between Avenues L and M. The yeshiva side of the street (northbound) will be closed to traffic.
