BDE: Victim of Midwood Car Accident, Moshe Parnes z’l

We regret to inform you of the petirah of Moshe Parnes z’l, a Midwood resident who succumbed Wednesday night to injuries he sustained in a car accident last week. He was 71 years old.
Mr. Parnes was walking on Avenue O and East 24th Street last Wednesday at around 9:20 p.m., when he was struck by a car preparing to park. A salesman by trade, Mr. Parnes was conducting business in the area during the incident. The driver remained at the scene until police and paramedics arrived. Mr. Parnes was taken to Maimonides hospital with serious injuries.
