Harav Edelstein’s Condition Unstable; Family Requests Tefillos of Klal Yisrael
The eyes of the Jewish world are directed towards the ICU at Maayanei Hayeshuah Hospital in Bnei Brak, where the Rosh Yeshivah, Hagaon Harav Gershon Edelstein, shlita, has been hospitalized since Shavuos.
The Rosh Yeshivah‘s situation changes all the time, with ups and downs, and according to family members, “the Rosh Yeshivah needs the tefillos of Klal Yisrael.”
Overnight Sunday, his condition worsened both in his heart and lungs.
Many tefillos are being held across the Torah world for the refuah sheleimah of the Rosh Yeshivah.
At the hospital, the Rosh Yeshivah is receiving dedicated medical treatment due to his age, and the hope is that the Rosh Yeshivah will be released to his home soon.
As per the request of Gedolei Yisrael, two perakim of Tehillim should be added after davening, for the refuah sheleimah of Harav Yerachmiel Gershon ben Miriam.
