Holdup at Flatbush Phone Store

The T-Mobile phone store located at 1636 Coney Island Ave (corner Avenue M) in Midwood was held up at gunpoint around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday afternoon, with the perpetrator fleeing in a Ford Explorer.
Multiple NYPD vehicles converged on the store with a police cruiser giving chase as the car sped towards the Bedford-Stuyvesant neighborhood of Brooklyn. Aviation units helped in the pursuit after the NYPD terminated their vehicular chase.
The vehicle was stopped at Albany Avenue & Dean Street near Crown Heights.
