Victims of Deadly Boca Car Crash Identified

Two victims in a tragic, deadly car crash in Boca Raton, Florida, were identified Monday, according to Boca News Now.

Last Wednesday, Arie and Zahava Oberlender, of Long Island, New York, were killed when the driver of a Jeep Cherokee who ran a red light slammed into their vehicle. The couple were 82 and 79 years old respectively.

Police said that the driver, Jamie Escobedo, was under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol at the time of the crash.

A third, unnamed victim was injured during the crash as well, and was taken to the hospital in critical condition.
