$10K in Valuables Stolen from Williamsburg Home

Police and Shomrim are looking for a suspect who allegedly burglarized a home in Williamsburg on Sunday, according to Shomrim. The incident occurred at a house on Hewes Street and Marcy Street, at around 9:30AM. The suspect allegedly found an unlocked door, and spent 15 minutes rummaging through the cabinets and closets on every floor of the house.
Items valued at approximately $10,000 were stolen.
Video footage from the scene shows a man entering and exiting the home; a suspect fitting his description was seen on surveillance video in May burglarizing two homes in the same area, on Hooper Street and Hewes Street.
Anyone with information regarding the suspect is urged to contact NYPD and Shomrim.
