Williamsburg Shomrim Nab Man Suspected of Breaking Into Spinka Shul

BROOKLYN – Williamsburg Shomrim received a call Thursday night that a man had broken into Spinka shul on Penn Street.
Shomrim members pursued the man, who managed to elude them around the BP gas station.
Then one Shomrim member decided to check the nearby food trailers, which supermarkets use during the busy pre-Pesach season. Indeed, the suspect was hiding near those trailers. Shomrim apprehended him, and he was held for police, who placed him under arrest.
The same suspect is also believed to have broken into a Satmar building on a recent Shabbos.
