Hachnasas Sefer Torah in Memory of Bachur Who Was Niftar After Harav Wosner’s Levayah

Four years after the petirah of Hagaon Harav Shmuel Wosner, zt”l, and the tragic passing of habachur Yitzchak Samet, z”l, after the levayah, a sefer Torah was dedicated to his memory and was donated to the Toldos Aharon beis medrash on the day of his yahrtzeit, Tuesday night.
