Thirteen Terrorists Captured in Yehudah and Shomron
IDF forces, in coordination with border police and regional police in Yehudah and Shomron, and with the Shin Bet, succeeded on Tuesday night in apprehending 13 terrorists in various locations in the region.
Three of the men were wanted for involvement in terror activities and violent riots directed at civilians and security forces. In Araka, west of Jenin, one was arrested. In Arava, south of Jenin, another arrest was made; as well as in Shechem, and Kalkiliya, where a Hamas operative was caught. Two others from Hamas were arrested in Ba-Zavia, southeast of Kalkiliya. All 13 were taken into custody for questioning.
Also on Tuesday night, IDF soldiers and police escorted 17 buses carrying visitors who came to daven at Kever Yosef in Shechem. During the tefillos, a number of violent disorders occurred, but the IDF dispersed the Palestinians and no injuries or property damage was reported.
