IDF troops on Wednesday morning arrested two Arabs who were found to be carrying weapons. The two Arabs, residents of Palestinian Authority-controlled areas of the Chevron area, were caught with the two M-16 automatic weapons at an IDF checkpoint near Abu Dis in Yerushalayim. The two, 29 and 40 years of age, were riding in a taxi when they were caught. They have been detained and are being questioned to determine their motives.

Meanwhile, the IDF is preparing to demolish the homes of the terrorists who carried out the terror stabbing attack in Beit Horon on Monday. Killed in that attack was 23-year-old Shlomit Krigman, Hy”d, while a second victim, 58-year-old Adina Cohen, was left moderately wounded.

In that attack, a security guard who was on duty nearby rushed to the scene and killed the two terrorists. One of them, Ibrahim Osama Yussuf Al’an, lived in the village of Beit Ur a-tahta, which is adjacent to Beit Horon, and the second one, Muhammad Hassin Abu Ghosh, lived in the Kalandia area, near Yerushalayim.

IDF soldiers entered both areas and mapped out the locations of the houses. Bulldozers are expected to enter the areas in the coming days to carry out the demolition, which has already been authorized by the Defense Ministry, the IDF said in a statement.

Elsewhere on the terror front, overnight Tuesday, IDF forces arrested six wanted security suspects in Yehudah and Shomron. They were involved in rioting incidents and in throwing rocks and firebombs at Israeli civilians and IDF soldiers. Several were also active in Hamas. All six were being questioned by security officials, the IDF said.
