Former NJ Water Exec Admits Sample Rigging

NEWARK, N.J.

A former top New Jersey water official on Friday admitted to falsifying drinking water test results in order to report lower levels of a contaminant, The Associated Press reported. Prosecutors will recommend William Mowell, the former assistant executive director for the East Orange Water Commission, serve three years at his Nov. 7 sentencing.
