Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s re-election campaign on Thursday announced the creation of a new Women’s Equality ballot line. The party supports help for domestic violence victims and the codification of Roe v. Wade in state law, among other provisions. Republicans support all except Roe v. Wade codification.
