De Blasio to Mark 100 Days in Office With Speech

NEW YORK

Mayor Bill de Blasio on Thursday is set to mark his first 100 days in office with a major speech at Cooper Union in Manhattan. The first Democratic mayor in 20 years is expected to outline his next set of priorities, including a push for more affordable housing, after spending much of his first 100 days on universal pre-K.
