Woman Fakes Heart Attack to Steal $60 From Helper

A woman faked a heart attack while driving in Mount Laurel, N.J., and then stole $60 from a man who stopped to help her, The Associated Press reported. The victim was driving on Route 38 when he saw a woman on the roadside clutching her chest. When she said she was having a heart attack, he allowed her to sit in his car while he called 911. But the woman soon said she felt fine, returned to her vehicle and drove off. The man later discovered that $60 was missing.
