Kerry Visits New Granddaughter on Way to Ukraine
It was supposed to be a brief late-night refueling in New York City but Secretary of State John Kerry used the time Monday night to visit his daughter Alexandra and her new daughter, born that morning, The Associated Press reported. Kerry was on the way to Kiev to deliver a message of U.S. support for Ukraine. Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu announced the birth of Kerry’s fifth grandchild during a visit to the White House Monday.
