Man Sues Citi Bike for Crashing Into Gray Barrier

NEW YORK -

An elderly man who was injured on a Citi Bike last year filed a $15 million lawsuit against the bike-share operator, who is contractually responsible for lawsuits, the Daily News reported. Ronald Corwin, 73, says he flipped over after hitting a low gray barrier since he couldn’t see it. He now has traumatic nerve palsy that leaves him unable to smell or taste.
