Teacher Sues NYPD for Arrest Over Gun Comment

NEW YORK -

A Brooklyn teacher who had been arrested for joking about bringing a gun to school filed a $6 million lawsuit against the NYPD, the New York Post reported. A grand jury refused to indict Fort Hamilton High School teacher Sabrina Milo in 2011. Her suit says her remarks were not serious, but she was forced to give up her teaching license and is unemployed.
