Man, 22, Charged in Fatal Manhattan Bus Collision

A 22-year-old Georgia man on Thursday was charged with vehicular manslaughter and other offenses for stealing the delivery truck that struck an MTA bus in Manhattan the day before, killing the driver, The Associated Press reported. Dominic Whilby was taken into custody and treated for non-life threatening injuries at Bellevue Hospital.
