Man Sought in Fatal Crash Had Extensive Record
A 42-year-old man being sought in connection with a fatal crash outside Syracuse reportedly has been arrested 25 times in the past 25 years.
Glenwood Carr of Baldwinsville drove the car that slammed into a utility pole and overturned several times Sunday night in the town of Clay. Carr’s passenger, 40-year-old Steven Sears, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police say Carr told a witness at the scene that he was drunk and couldn’t be arrested again for driving while intoxicated. He then fled on foot. Police are still looking for him.
