Child Hurt in Coney Island Kiddy Ride
A five-year-old boy suffered lacerations to his left leg and head on Wednesday after falling off a kiddy ride at a Coney Island amusement park. Police are investigating how the boy, who is expected to survive, was able to get out of the Sea Serpent Roller Coaster at Deno’s Wonder Wheel Amusement Park in Coney Island.
The boy, whose name was not released, was taken to Bellevue Hospital, where officials said he was in stable condition.
