A 14-year-old boy was tragically killed after a car struck him while riding a bicycle in Pomona Wednesday afternoon.
Efraim Rubin z”l was riding in front of 103 Overlook Drive at around 2:47 p.m. when he was hit. Chessed Shel Emes reported to the scene of the accident shortly afterwards.
