Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu was admitted to Sheba-Tel HaShomer Medical Center near Tel Aviv after complaining of nausea following a visit to the Kinneret. His office confirmed that his initial medical evaluation indicated that the symptoms were likely due to dehydration. However, as a precautionary measure, doctors advised him to stay overnight at the hospital for observation. Netanyahu, 73, arrived at the medical center fully conscious, having been transported from his residence in the coastal town of Caesarea.

Shortly after his arrival, Netanyahu released a video message assuring the public of his well-being. He appeared in good condition and expressed gratitude for feeling “really well.” Taking the opportunity to offer advice, he urged everyone to spend less time in the sun, stay hydrated, and wished them a good week ahead.

The hospitalization prompted the rescheduling of the weekly Cabinet meeting, originally planned for Sunday, to Monday. Despite the inconvenience, Netanyahu expressed his confidence in his recovery and declared himself well.

In addition to the reported symptoms of nausea, there were also indications of chest pain, as stated by Channel 12 News. Further details about the nature or severity of the chest pain have not been disclosed at this time. Medical professionals will continue to monitor the Prime Minister’s condition during his overnight stay at the hospital.
