We are seeking to add a Customer Service/Data Entry to our team! You will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and handling the day to day order activities for the Company. Willing to train the ideal candidate!

Responsibilities and Duties:

Processing orders from start to finish:
Entering orders in our Sage 100 Accounting Software
Communicating via email with vendors following up on orders, order tracking etc.

Qualifications:

1-2 years’ experience in Customer Service.
Sage 100 Accounting Software experience a plus.
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Must be upbeat, easy going, and have a good attitude
Must be detail-oriented
Must have good communication skills both verbal and written.
Must be computer literate.
Must be proficient with typing and data entry
