El Al Moves Up Erev Shabbos Israel Arrivals

El Al has moved up its Thursday departures for Israel, otherwise known as LY 002, from 6:30 to 600 p.m.
The flight’s scheduled time of arrival at Ben Gurion Airport is now 11:10 Friday morning, a half hour before chatzos hayom.
The change is set to go into effect as of Thursday, January 10, 2019.
Whether this was a result of the recent uproar over a delay on Flight LY 002 was not immediately known. The airline gave no reason for the change.
