Missionaries Target Brooklyn Jewish Community

By Matis Glenn

Missionaries targeted the Jewish community of Kensington Wednesday afternoon, dropping off pamphlets and DVD’s in front of homes on blocks that are heavily populated with Jewish families.

The materials were distributed by Israel Restoration Ministries, a California-based group founded by Thomas Cantor, a Jewish man who R”l converted to Christianity after having a troubled family life.

Cantor has been actively targeting Jews for over a decade; his organization was created in 2013, and his evangelizing materials have been delivered to homes in Jewish communities across the country. Two weeks ago, a Jewish person in northern Virginia reported in an online post that the materials appeared at his doorstep; in 2015, the organization did missionary work in Cleveland. In 2020, the propaganda was seen in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey, and last year, in Chicago.

The pamphlet and DVDs contain clearly heretical material. Residents who discover the materials are advised to dispose of them immediately.
