Pro-Israel Rally in Warsaw Demands Release of Hamas Hostages

In Warsaw, Poland, a pro-Israel demonstration initiated by the country’s embassy rallied hundreds of participants on Sunday, urging Hamas to release the hostages taken on Oct. 7. The event, marked by fervent chants supporting Israel, saw banners with messages like “Israel you are not alone” and “Free the hostages.”

The demonstration was a stark contrast to recent pro-Palestinian protests in Warsaw marred by antisemitic slogans.

“President of the Republic of Poland Andrzej Duda strongly condemns the antisemitic slogans that appeared during yesterday’s march organized in Warsaw,” the Polish President wrote on social media after media reported on the antisemitic march.
