Shomrim Assist NYPD in Snaring Purse Snatcher

Boro Park Shomrim helped chase down and hold a perpetrator who snatched a woman’s purse while she was shopping on a busy street in Boro Park, and held the suspect until he was arrested by the NYPD.
The woman was shopping at The Shell Station, a store which sells woman’s apparel located at 4610 13th Ave, when she opened her pocket book to place her wallet in it. The thief grabbed her purse and fled along 13th Avenue.
Boro Park Shomrim immediately gave chase and apprehended the suspect, holding him until NYPD arrived and placed him under arrest.
