Child Struck by Vehicle in Monsey

A Jewish boy was struck in the vicinity of Union Road and Park Street in Spring Valley, New York.
The boy was taken by Hatzalah of Rockland to Westchester Hospital.
The driver returned to the scene of the accident and was taken in by police for questioning.
