Tehillim for Harav Shmuel Kaminetsky, Shlita

Harav Shmuel Kaminetsky, shlitah, suffered a stroke Monday, and Klal Yisrael is urged to daven, as the next 24 hours are critical.

After attending the levayah of Harav Meir Hershkowitz, zt”l, in Lakewood, Rav Shmuel collapsed by Minchah and was hospitalized. According to an announcement by Philadelphia Yeshiva, Rav Shmuel suffered a stroke. “B’chasdei Hashem the Rosh Yeshiva is completely alert and aware, and is being fully communicative,” the yeshiva wrote. “However, although his cognition was BH not affected, his motor skills were. The doctors have said that the situation is still developing and the next 24 hours are critical. The Rosh Yeshiva has instructed us to request the oilam to be mispallel for his refuah.”

Klal Yisrael is asked to daven for the refuah shleimah of Shmuel ben Ita Ettil b’soch she’ar cholei Yisrael.
