Hanachas Even Ha’Pinah for Belz Torah Center in Boro Park, Street Closures
The Belzer chassidish community is gathering Sunday to celebrate the hanachas even ha’pinah for the new Torah Center “Mivtzar HaTorah,” which is set to be built on 46th street and 15th Avenue, in Boro Park. The Belzer Rebbe shlit”a poured cement for the stone, according to boropark24.
The Rebbe’s son, Harav Aharon Mordechai shlit”a, will speak at the event.
The event is set to begin around 3:00pm, but preparations will be underway starting at 11:00am.
46th Street between 15th and 16th Avenues will be closed from 11:00am until 9:00pm.
