Suspect in Murder of Aryeh Wolf Spotted, Evades Police

Washington police spotted the suspect in the murder of Aryeh Wolf z”l on Tuesday, Metropolitan police announced. A DC resident called 911 when she spotted a man fitting the description of the suspect, Avery Miler, at the 5300 block of Ames St, NE.
Police responded, and when approached, Miler, 27, fled and fired several rounds at the police who were pursuing him. Miler has been wanted by police since August 22, and had not previously been detected.
Police established a perimeter, but they have not yet seen Miler resurface. Schools in the area altered their schedule in light of the danger the suspect presents.
Aryeh Wolf a 25-year-old father from Baltimore, was shot while working on solar panels according to ABC News. A motive in the killing is still not known.
