All Passengers Stable as Fifteen Passenger Van Overturns in Mountaindale
Seventeen people, twelve of them children, are all in stable condition after their fifteen passenger Sprinter van collided with a pickup truck and overturned on Church Road in the Catskill Region in Mountaindale, N.Y.
Mountaindale First Aid Squad and Catskill Hatzalah responded with a total of seven ambulances and a mobile medic unit, and they treated the injured people on the scene. Three passengers were transported by Mountaindale First Aid Squad to the Garnet Middletown Medical Center in Middletown, N.Y. Catskill Hatzalah transported fourteen stable passengers to three local hospitals: Garnet Middletown Medical Center, Garnet Health Medical Center-Catskills in Harris, and Ellenville Regional Hospital in Ellenville for further treatment.
