Suspect in Shooting in Yerushalayim Arrested by Police

Yerushalayim – Police in Yerushalayim have arrested the shooter in the shooting which took place early Sunday morning near the Tomb of David.

Police forces, under the command of the Jerusalem District Commander, Superintendent Doron Turgeman, along with special forces, undertook a vigorous search for the suspect who fled the scene.

Police announced that after after massive manhunt involving many officers and a helicopter from the Israel Police’s aerial unit, the shooter gave himself up to police and turned in the gun used for his terroristic act.
