Serious Clashes Between Palestinians, IDF Near Chevron

YERUSHALAYIM – Serious clashes were reported Monday night between Palestinians and Israeli soldiers in the city of Dura, near Chevron.

Palestinian media said that at least four people were wounded by IDF fire, though the report was unconfirmed.

Meanwhile, the IDF, Shin Bet and Israel Border Police forces conducted counterterrorism operations in several locations in Yehuda and Shomron overnight Sunday, in the towns of ad-Dhahiriya, Rashida, and Iskaka, among others, as well as in the city of Shechem, according to Arutz Sheva.

IDF soldiers operated in the city of Ramallah where they apprehended two terror suspects.

During a raid in Beitunia to arrest a terror suspect, Palestinians hurled rocks and Molotov cocktails at the soldiers. At the same time, IDF soldiers and Israel Border Police forces operated in the city of Jenin and apprehended two terror suspects. Explosive devices were hurled at the soldiers and shots rang out in the area.
