NYPD Arrest Suspects in Boro Park Robberies With the Help of Shomrim

BROOKLYN — Boro Park Shomrim received a call at approximately 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon reporting three suspicious people on 14^th Avenue and 37^th Street.

Upon arriving at the scene, one member of Shomrim observed the suspicious individuals take a bike. While some members followed them, Shomrim tried to determine who the owner of the bike was.

The suspects then stole a scooter on Ft Hamilton Parkway and 40^th Street. Shomrim continued following them and then observed as the group stole a package on 6^th Avenue and 39^th Street.

The NYPD was notified and when they arrived, the two suspects began to flee, with one suspect running towards 5^th Avenue and 37^th Street, and the other fleeing to 5^th Avenue and 39^th Street.

All three suspects were apprehended and arrested.
