Bobov-45 to Celebrate the Hanachas Even Hapinah for New Beis Medrash

Thousands of Boro Park residents will join the Bobov-45 chassidim as they celebrate the historic event of the hanachas even hapinah (cornerstone laying) for the new beis medrash on 14th Avenue corner 49th Street.
Among the expected guests are many prominent Rabbanim, as well as leading political and community figures.
The new beis medrash will be one of the largest in North America, will serve as the headquarters for the Bobov -45 chassidus as well as a makom of Torah and tefillah for all.
The event is scheduled for Wednesday afternoon, 9 Iyar/June 8, which is expected to cause traffic delays due to the closure of in the area. The leadership of Bobov-45 has been working hand in hand with local law enforcement agencies to ensure that local residents maintain access to their homes and to keep disruptions to a minimum.
The local YMHA, located alongside the new building at the corner of 50th Street and 14th Avenue, will have access through the 50th Street entrance.
