Stabbing Attack Averted Near Shechem

A stabbing attack was averted close to Kikar Hashomron Tuesday morning, b’chasdei Shamayim. The terrorist was neutralized by two IDF soldiers.

In security camera footage the terrorist is seen pulling out a knife and running toward the soldiers who responded with rapid fire.

The head of the Shomron Regional Council, Yossi Dagan criticized the government: “The entire people of Israel stands behind the IDF soldiers, the Israeli police and the security forces who prevent daily murderous attacks in Samaria and throughout the country, and the same thing must be said clearly in front of this government, which loses its deterrence again and again: We have woken up again to another morning in which PA terrorists act without fear, murdering Israelis in broad daylight.
