Police Apprehend Suspect in Yerushalayim’s Givat Shaul

Police carried out extensive searches in the Givat Shaul neighborhood of Yerushalayim on Monday afternoon following reports of a suspicious individual planning to carry out an attack in the city.
The suspect was located and taken in for questioning, with no indication of wrongdoing as a result of the investigation.
Police stress that suspicions of a potential attack have not been verified at this stage, and that the suspect remains in custody.
