IDF forces on Shabbos arrested three Gazans who had breached the border into Israel, Channel 12 reported.

The would-be infiltrators were armed with knives and tools they used to break through the border fence.

On Friday night, at approximately 11:30 p.m., three suspicious figures were identified moving from the south toward the security fence of the Neria community in Binyamin.

As the figures approached the first line of houses, the security forces came to the scene and the terrorists fled back to their village.

The vigilance of the security forces and the quick identification of the three prevented an attack such as the murder of members of the Salomon family, Hy”d, in Neve Tzof in the same area.

The IDF has opened an investigation.
