BD’E – Rebbitzen Reitza Beer, A”h
Hamodia is saddened to report the petirah of Rebbitzen Reitza Beer, a”h, on the sixth day of Pesach. Her kevurah took place in the Visnitzer Bais Hachaim in Monsey.
Rebbitzen Beer was a granddaughter of Harav Sholom Eliezer’l Ratzferter, zy”a, and was a 3rd generation descendent of the Sanzer Rav, zy”a. She assisted her grandfather in his correspondence, writing up his letters as he dictated them to her.
After she moved to Brazil many years ago, she would make all the food used in the house by hand. While her family lived in Brazil, she assisted her husband as he successfully uplifted the level of Yiddishkeit in the community
