Rivlin Receives Invitation to Speak at Congress

President Reuven Rivlin on Thursday received an invitation from both Republican and Democrat lawmakers to come and speak at the U.S. Congress before his tenure ends on July 9.
It is yet unclear whether such an event can take place by then due to coronavirus restrictions in the U.S.
