Low Income New Yorker Eligible for Heating Grants

NEW YORK

Low income New York residents can apply for the HeartShare program to help cover their heating costs. The program delivers a direct grant of $200 for individuals and families enrolled in the Home Energy Assistance Program.

“I don’t want you to sacrifice vital necessities to keep your home warm. The HeartShare program has limited funds and closes soon,” said State Senator Simcha Felder.

Those who are interested and eligible are directed to call Felder’s office at 718-253-2015.
