New York Lottery Reaches More than $400 Million
The New York Mega Millions Jackpot is $447 Million, and the Powerball is $410 million.
Tickets can be purchased until 15 minutes before the 11 PM drawing on Tuesday night.
Someone who purchases a ticket choses five numbers between 1 and 70, and another number between 1-25. To win, those randomly chosen six numbers must match the Mega Millions combination.
The New York Lottery supports education in New York State, and contributed $3.38 billion in fiscal year 2019-2020 to the state.
