300 People Allowed to Daven at Kosel, in Small Groups
The Kosel Heritage Foundation announced Tuesday that following the government’s decision on Monday night to abolish the restriction of tefillos only within 500 meters of one’s residence, the tefillah area at the Kosel Plaza will now be divided into small areas and in accordance with the guidelines.
The Kosel Plaza will be able to accommodate 300 mispallelim at one time, in groups of 19.
If the assigned quota is full, mispallelim will be asked to wait outside the entrance to the Kosel Plaza at the required social distances until space is available.
The Kosel Tunnels remain closed for the time being.
