New York City Emergency Management Department took to Twitter Saturday evening to strike down a rumor that there would be helicopters spraying disinfectant in parts of Brooklyn.
“NYC is aware of a rumor circulating regarding the spraying of disinfectant from helicopters in parts of Brooklyn, including Williamsburg and Borough Park. This rumor is FALSE.,” the tweet said.
